You're Better Off Alone!

I'm no love expert but, honestly, it doesn't take a genius to recognize a grubby and squalid relationship.

A relationship can be said to be a connection between two people and their involvement with one another, especially as regards the way they behave toward and feel about eachother. Underline the word 'connection'. Trouble usually starts when the two parties involved begin to show their differences.

Frankly, naturally, when going into a relationship there are several things to put into considerartion. One of which is whether or not you can put up with the other person's attitudes (the good ones and most importantly, the bad ones). This will not only help make a better decision as to whether or not to go into the relationship, but will go a long way to assure you of the practicability or viability of that relationship. However, putting these things into consideration still doesn't guarantee that the relationship will last.

Unfortunately, people, for one reason or the other, find it hard to leave relationships. I don't mean to sound vicious but the truth is that no relationship is a do or die affair. The earlier we begin to accept this fact the better because there's no pride, pleasure or satisfaction in an unhealthy or insalubrious relationship. Its better to be alone!

Monophobia, which is the fear of being alone, has made many people stay in unsavory relationships.

You're better off alone if the sad moments in your relationships are more compared to the happy ones.

You're better off alone if all you do in your relationship is nag (and brood) over minor or trivial issues.

You're better off alone if your partner brings nothing to the table. A relationship is supposed to be a 'two-way' street.

You're better off alone if your patner is emotionally distant from you.

You're better off alone if you're in a violent relationship. If he slaps you today and apologises,
there's every chance he'll do it again tomorrow......and it could even get worse.

The list goes on and on and on.

Take time out today to make an assessment of your relationship and find out for yourself whether or not your relationship is adding value to your life.
If it's not, then, you're better off ALONE!

  1. It all boils down to knowing when to leave the relationship. If u r been taken for granted it's time to leave, if he cheats to ur knowledge n u say u r d number one girl my dear leave. No man would hav a main chick and still wanto cheat on her

    1. Many men have main chicks and still 'cheat' on them. I dont think they see it as cheating tho.

    2. life has a way of dealing with things..... i don't know if a guy is to blame..... you all say it guys but the bitter truth is that you ladies caused it....... U dont know the decision tree in the relationship, u wanted love he want sex and u are not giving it to him so, and u are complaining. u wanted money he wants attention. So dont blame a guy always, everyone has his or her experience.
